Process for Invitations: If you would like to invite the Mayor to attend an upcoming event, please submit your request in writing and outline the occasion, date, time, location, and expectation of the Mayor’s role at the event. This information can be sent one of the following ways:

Process for Certificates

If you would like to request a certificate from the Mayor to recognize a special milestone, please submit your request in writing. Generally, certificates are issued for birthdays of 80 years or more and anniversaries of 50 years or more. However, other special requests will be considered. The following information is required: honouree’s first and last name, date of occasion, type of occasion, date certificate required, mailing/ pick-up instructions. This information can be sent one of the following ways:
